A mail manager is one of the most practical tools to communicate with our work mates or friends, but there is always the risk that, due to a system failure or a virus, we may loose all our contacts list and all the electronic mails that we have stored.

  This should no longer be a problem due to the fact that KLS Soft offers us KLS Mail Backup, a tool that will allow us to perform backup copies of all the information stored in our mail client (messages, contacts, drafts and profiles).

  The program works in a very simple way, because it searches the hard drive in search of the electronic mail management clients that we have installed, and it is only necessary to select the one that we want to perform the backup of, taking into account that it is compatible with the following program list:

  - Windows Mail profile and Windows Contact.
- Outlook Express and Windows Address Book
- Windows Live Mail, Windows Live Contacts and Windows Live Messenger files.
- Mozilla, Seamonkey, Thunderbird and Firefox.
